What is it?
Our Surf Preparation Program starts with functional training, which is a type of physical exercise and exercise routines that consist of movements you make in your daily life. It can be helpful for athletic performance, injury prevention, and other everyday fitness tasks and applied to your surfing reality.
A correct repetition of exercises builds muscle memory. This will help you to develop your fundamental core technique faster – something that usually takes a lot longer only in the water.
