Technical Training
01
Technical training equipment and exercises offer the opportunity to practise the body movements and positions required in surfing – in a controlled environment, with direct supervision, instruction and correction from experienced surf coaches.
Surf Skate
02
Surf skates are the number one way to simulate the motion of surfing on dry land. The movements needed to initiate turns and speed closely mimic the feeling of being in the water. Coupled with our wave ramps it makes for ideal training.
Balance Boards

From take off to turns, we have a range of balance boards to simulate the feeling of being in a surfboard. A controlled and repeatable environment enables us to focus in key points of technique that make the difference in the water.
Technique Drills

We have a range of drills and activities using all varieties of equipment to simulate all aspects of surfing.
Video
analysis
Video Analysis

Video analysis is one of the most useful tools to develop your surfing. Seeing the points you need to focus on, really helps develop an understanding and push for improvement.
In Water
02
We can use video analysis to look at your performance in the water, for your self awareness and to correct the key behaviour in our facility, using our functional training equipment.
On Land
03
With our indoor equipment, your evolution will be boosted, by correcting your mistakes on unstable surfaces right after you take conscience about them.
Direct Training
