Steam Bath and Cold water Immersion
The program begins with a session in the Steam bath, using intense heat to detoxify the body through sweating, promoting overall health and readiness for physical activity; This is followed by a cold water exposure, stimulating the immune system, reducing inflammation, and invigorating the mind for enhanced focus and alertness.

Hydrotherapy
Jacuzzi and Second Cold water immersion
Next, surfers transition to hydrotherapy with a session in the jacuzzi, where warm water with massaging jets relax muscles and promote circulation, facilitating quicker recovery and mental relaxation.
This is followed by a second cold water immersion, completing the thermal contrast to further enhance circulation and energy levels.
